John Okechukwu Obi is a graduate of Accounting and holds MBA from Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN] and an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria [CIBN].
He had previously worked with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc amongst other banks before joining Fidelity Bank Plc in September 2000. He was the pioneer Managing Director of Fidelity Pension Managers Ltd [a former subsidiary of Fidelity Bank Plc]. Under his leadership, Assets Under Management at Fidelity Pension Managers grew from zero to US$53million while generating over 57,000 customers before departing to assume a higher responsibility.
John Obi was appointed to the Board of Fidelity Bank in April 2012 as the Executive Director in charge of Corporate Bank. He retired from the Board on June 30, 2015, upon attaining the mandatory retirement age of 55 years. As Head, Corporate Bank Directorate he supervised the appraisal and funding of various power projects [Independent Power Projects] especially for the Lagos State government of Nigeria. He led the team in the evaluation and financing of some rice milling plants across Nigeria, financing the acquisition of Power assets [for DISCOs & GENCOs], supporting the private sector in the acquisition Oil & Gas assets during the last Shell divestment program amongst other investments. Under his watch, Fidelity Bank successfully financed the first aluminum can manufacturing company in West Africa with a capacity to produce 1.2billion cans per annum. At various times, he worked with and supervised over 100 well-trained and highly motivated subordinates.

Mr. Bitrus Yavala is a Fellow Of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). He attended the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and the London School of Accountancy, London, UK.
Mr. Yavala began his sojourn in the public sector with the Government Of Benue State and later joined the then newly created Government Of Gongola State, where he rose to the position of Ag. Accountant General. He later joined United Bank for Africa PLC as a Senior Manager and withdrew from the bank as a Deputy General Manager. Ayinoluwa Obafunso is a Certified Forensic Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants. He is presently the Managing Partners at A.O Partners, with over 28years of experience within the firm. He attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where he bagged a B.Sc. in Finance (with special reference in banking). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, and a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Mr. Obafunso’s years of experience in accountancy, auditing, consulting, and public sector financial experience & relation management skills span over 28years. He started as an Audit Trainee in the firm of Egunjobi Sulaimon & Co, he moved on to Peat Marwick Aniogunde & Co where he was an Audit Trainee and a Supervising Senior Auditor. Below are some of the positions he held and some which he currently holds:
1. The team leaders-Due Diligence Review on the status of savannah Bank of Nigeria PLC as managed by the Receivership & Liquidation department of Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and the banking Operations department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN): 2002 to 2009

Mr. Obafunso is currently the Pastor in Charge of the Lagos Province 59 of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Titilayo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and has been actively involved in the successful execution of a wide range of projects in both the private and public sectors in various parts of Nigeria.
A former Federal Government of Nigeria Merit Scholar, Architect Adeleye is currently the CEO and Principal Partner of Eden Group, a consortium that specializes in Architecture Consultancy, Property development, Project Management and Interior Design and has successfully executed projects all over Nigeria.
She is a member of the esteemed college of Fellows of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). She is also a full member of the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), a former Vice-Chairperson of the Lagos State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and a founding member of the Female Architects of Nigeria.
