You can request for your statement of account from any of our branches. We can also forward to your email based on request.
To reactivate your account, you will need to provide:
- 1 recent passport photograph
- A valid means of identification (i.e Drivers’ license, Voters’ card, Int’l ID card and National ID card)
- Recent utility bill (not more than 3 months)

To access loan from us, you will need to fulfil the following conditions:
- Must have opened and run an account for at least six months.
- Submit an application letter.
- Fill all necessary JLMB loan forms in line with the loan type request will be availed to you immediately.
To access mortgage loan, the following conditions must be met:
- Equity contribution of 30%.
- The property or land to be bought must have a registered title documents.
- In case of building/construction, BOQ must be submitted.
- Valuation to be carried out by the Bank registered valuer and cost borne by the borrower.
- Legal search will be carried out on the property by the Bank’s legal department at cost to be borne by the borrower.

No, you don’t have to sign up twice, once you create your profile, you can login into any of the platforms with your credentials
