How can I get my statement of account?
You can request for your statement of account from any of our branches. We can also forward to your email based on request.
My account has been dormant for a while, how can I reactivate it?
To reactivate your account, you will need to provide:
- 1 recent passport photograph
- A valid means of identification (i.e Drivers’ license, Voters’ card, Int’l ID card and National ID card)
- Recent utility bill (not more than 3 months)

How can I access loan from your bank?
To access loan from us, you will need to fulfil the following conditions:
- Must have opened and run an account for at least six months.
- Submit an application letter.
- Fill all necessary JLMB loan forms in line with the loan type request will be availed to you immediately.
How can I access mortgage loan?
To access mortgage loan, the following conditions must be met:
- Equity contribution of 30%.
- The property or land to be bought must have a registered title documents.
- In case of building/construction, BOQ must be submitted.
- Valuation to be carried out by the Bank registered valuer and cost borne by the borrower.
- Legal search will be carried out on the property by the Bank’s legal department at cost to be borne by the borrower.

Bank Plc and it is powered by Interswitch. - It is a card that allows withdrawal of cash directly from your JLMB Account at any ATM

Once your account is registered, simply dial *732*321*# and follow the instructions on the screen.
What is the Jubilation App?
The Jubilation App is an internet/mobile banking platform for sending & receiving funds electronically, paying bills and many more.
How do I find the Jubilation app
Go to either the Google Playstore or the IOS store and search for ‘Jubilation’ on any of the stores
Do I need to sign up both on the internet banking/mobile banking platform
No, you don’t have to sign up twice, once you create your profile, you can login into any of the platforms with your credentials
How do I ‘Sign Up?
Download the ‘Jubilation’ app from either the IOS store or the Google Playstore and click on the sign-up button.
