Requirements for Account Opening
- Letter of introduction from the company, Confirmed by the Branch Head, OPM, or Relationship manager.
- Duly completed mandate page.
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the Account holder with his/her name written on the reverse side.
- Account is meant for salary inflow strictly.
- Any of the five valid means of identification
- If the employee intends to lodge other instruments into the Account, the following additions will be required: Two satisfactory references, a Current utility receipt, and an Address Visitation report.
- BVN for account signatory- KYC requirement.

In a situation where a customer does not have a valid means ID card, this can be treated in line with the CBN 3-tiered KYC financial inclusion platform, any amount above the minimum deposit and cumulative balance will require that such account is regularized with stipulated valid ID cards or account will be placed on PND.
