  • 2 recent passport-size photographs of all signatories to the Account with their names written on the reverse.
  • Site Visitation Report.

Requirements for Account Opening

  • Duly Completed Account Opening Form.
  • Mandate Card   duly     completed    by        each signatory        to        the account
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs of all signatories to the Account with their names written on the reverse side.
  • Two (2) Satisfactory References
  • Partnership deed.
  • Partnership Resolution.
  • Certificate of registration of business name.
  • Form of Application for Registration of Business Name - Form 2.
  • Letter of Appointment as Bankers – (should be part of the Account opening forms to be completed by the partnership).    
  • Form of Identification for each of the signatories to the Account.
  • Resident Permit (expatriates only)
  • Current Utility Receipt.
