Titilayo Adeleye

Arc. (Mrs.)TITILAYO ADELEYE is an Architect with a career and active work experience spanning over three decades in the architecture and property development industry.

Titilayo holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Architecture from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and has been actively involved in the successful execution of a wide range of projects in both the private and public sectors in various parts of Nigeria.

A former Federal Government of Nigeria Merit Scholar, Architect Adeleye is currently the CEO and Principal Partner of Eden Group, a consortium that specializes in Architecture Consultancy, Property development, Project Management and Interior Design and has successfully executed projects all over Nigeria.

She is a member of the esteemed college of Fellows of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). She is also a full member of the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), a former Vice-Chairperson of the Lagos State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and a founding member of the Female Architects of Nigeria.

Architect Adeleye combines an excellent working knowledge of the procedures involved in the Nigerian building design, construction and property industry with proven skills in concept development, business management and an in-depth knowledge of optimal and effective management of people and material resources.

She sits on the board of many organizations some of which include Vori Agro Limited and Storyline Maxima Limited. She is currently an independent Director of the Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank.

Titi is a published author and a certified transformational life coach. She enjoys music and motivational speaking in her spare time. She is married and blessed with children.
