The registered name at incorporation was Gilt-Bond Mortgage Finance Limited, which was changed to Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Limited in February 2004. The promoters envision a primary mortgage institution that would be the benchmark for successful enterprise in the mortgage and housing sub-sector of Nigeria economy. Today, the dream of the founders has turned into an outstanding reality.
