Kayode Awolu started his banking career in 1992 after a stint in insurance and consulting. His experience covers Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management and business development.

Before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank, Kayode has worked in several capacities in various banks including Standard Trust Bank (now UBA) where he rose to the level of an Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager at Access Bank Plc. and Group Head, Corporate Banking at First Bank Plc.

He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Bankers of Nigeria.

Omokolajo Adeoye is a Business Leader with over 20years work experience in Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Process Re-engineering, Change Management & Projects. She has certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ACIB & Risk Management. She holds master’s degree (MBA) degree from Lagos State University in 2008 and B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Calabar in 1997.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (FCILRM) and International Certified Risk Management Professional (FICRMP) – United Kingdom, a Senior Member of the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (ICSN) and, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) .She played a significant role in UNIC Insurance PLC with key achievements in the development and implementation of industry-wide segmentation with feedback mechanism resulting in the launch of industry-specific health plans and benefits (tailored hybrids from customers’ feedback). She is a team leader and player who believes in raising self-organizing teams.

Before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank PLC, she worked in various capacities with First City Monument Bank ltd as the Head of Banking Operations, HCSU, Customer Service Manager, Funds Transfer & Cash management from 2006 till 2015, UNIC Insurance Plc & Critical Rescue International (CRI-MEDICLINICS) amongst others.

She joined Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank in 2016 as the Head, Service and Banking Operations, she became Head, Business Co-ordination and Retail Banking and She’s currently Divisional Head, Branch Coordination and Retail Banking.

Temitope is a 1999 graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria with a Second-Class Upper Honor. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with over 20 years of financial services experience covering International Trade, Business Development, Treasury Management, Training & Consulting.

He started his career with Punch Nigeria Ltd as an Audit Trainee during his NYSC year but later joined MBC International Bank Limited for the completion of his youth service and was retained in her International Trade department as Letters of Credit Desk Officer. His banking career cut across, International Trade Operations, Structured & Project Financing, Corporate & Commercial Banking and Treasury Management. He is a resource person in the induction of both new and experience hires in the various firms he had worked in amongst which are Access Bank, FinBank, Eco Bank and SunTrust bank.

He is a member of the Financial Markets Dealer Association (FMDA) and his last banking assignment before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc. was Head of Commercial & Corporate Bank and Acting Treasurer at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited.

Abimbola is a chartered accountant as well as a certified forensic auditor with over twenty years of post-qualification experience in the financial service sector of the economy.
,
He brings to bear his wealth of experience acquired in some blue-chip organizations which include UAC Foods (Mr. Biggs Division), Intercontinental Bank Plc. (now Access Bank), Integrated Trust Limited (Stockbroking), Wema Bank Plc. ,etc. His banking experience cuts across Operations, Internal Control, Internal Audit and Financial Control departments.

His academic qualifications include a First-class degree in Accounting and HND in Banking and Finance. In addition, he obtained a Masters in Business Administration (Financial Management option) from LAUTECH, Ogbomosho.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Abimbola is a PECB ISO 27001 Information Security Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Lead Auditor and ISO 31000:2018 Certified Professional in Risk Management. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Holder.

Abimbola is a team player who believes in the synergistic ability of combined efforts. Amongst several other projects, he played a significant role in the automation of online banking process in Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Plc. He was also involved in the seamless consolidation process of some branches of the Bank.

He was formerly Head, Planning and Strategy Department of the bank and currently the Divisional Head, Operations, IT and Finance.

Olawale Amoussa is a thoroughbred professional with almost 15 years of relevant experience within the Financial services, legal services, real estate, and professional membership organisations.

He is a product of the prestigious King's College Lagos and holds a 2nd Class Upper degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from Igbinedion University Okada and was subsequently called to the Nigeria Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2012. He is a Professional Manager and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), as well as a Registered Finance Professional with the Financial Reporting Council. He is currently a Student of the School of Politics, Policy & Governance (SPPG).

He started his career as a Revenue Supervisor at the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS), before going on to function as an Associate Counsel at Matrix Solicitors LLP, Company Secretary/Head Legal of Crossover Microfinance Bank Limited, Legal/Compliance Officer & Alternate to the Company Secretary at Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc, Company Secretary of Deyotop Nigeria Limited, Partner at Excelsior Legal Consult and Senior Manager Council Affairs at Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

Prior to his return to Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc, he had functioned as Head Corporate Services of First Ally Trust Microfinance Bank, where he supervised the Company Secretariat, Legal, Human Resources and Administrative functions of the Bank.

He is currently the General Counsel/Company Secretary of Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc.

Charles has over 25 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services and Management Consulting. His expertise includes Banking Operations, Financial Control, Credit, Marketing, Relationship Management, Business Development, Risk Management, and Management Consulting.

He has worked with notable organizations, including Allstates Trust Bank (now Ecobank Nigeria Plc), CreditRegistry Corporation (CR Services Credit Bureau Plc), and FSDH Merchant Bank, and held various positions, such as Head, Credit Risk Management and Credit Administration. He also worked at Paelyt Solutions Ltd (Fintech) as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Charles has worked as a consultant and training facilitator. He partnered with H.Pierson, DCSL, Afrinvest Consulting, IBFC Alliance, Lagos Business School (LBS), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) on various training subjects.

In addition to his financial expertise, Charles is a Sports Coach and Personal Development Coach, a student of John C. Maxwell Leadership, a student of Stephen R. Covey (Seven Habits of Highly Effective People & The 8th Habit) and an alumnus of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG).

Charles graduated from Enugu State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos Business School (LBS). He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute (CRMI) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN). Furthermore, he is a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) and the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP).

Emmanuel Adegoke has over 20 years of cognate experience in Banking operations, credit control, business development, and business banking.

He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife with B.sc (Hons) Agric-Economics, 1990, He also holds an MBA in finance and MSC Economics from the University of Lagos.

In credence to his wealth of experience, he has worked in various Corporate entities and acted in several roles such as E.A Ibironke & CO (Chartered Accountants) (1992); Allied Bank Plc Kaduna as Credit Control Officer (1993); Equity Bank Kaduna as Credit & Marketing Officer (2002); Equity Bank Orile Coker Lagos as Head Business Development (2004); Equity Bank Broad Street Lagos as Relationship Manager (2005); Intercontinental Bank Broad Street as Relationship Manager (2005) Intercontinental Bank Awolowo Road as Pioneer Branch Head (2008); Intercontinental Bank Ire-Akari, Egbeda and Matori Branch as Branch Head (2009-2011).

Emmanuel also worked with Access Bank PLC from 2012-2013 as Relationship Manager/Team Lead and as Zonal Head Business Banking.

He joined Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank in June 2014 as Branch Manager Abuja Branch. He is currently the Head, Business Development.

Jude Okoh has over 15 years of experience in various sectors of the economy which include Tax consulting, Capital Markets, and Mortgage Banking.

He is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State with a B.Sc. Accounting, 1995. He also holds MBA in Financial Management.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria and a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria.

In credit to his wealth of experience, he has worked in various corporate entities and acted in several capacities such as; Steveson Ojo & Co (Tax Consultants) (1995), Olushola Adekanola & Co. Ikeja as a consultant (1997); Akitorch Securities Limited, Lagos (2000) as Head, Accounts; Acclaim Home Savings and Loan Limited as Financial controller/Group Head, Operations. In 2003, He joined Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank as Unit Head, Operations; and later served as Branch Manager at Ebute Metta, Ikeja, Port Harcourt, Adeniyi Jones, and Herbert Macaulay Business Offices. He also served as Branch Coordinator and Head, Debt Recovery of the Bank. He is currently the Head, Customer Service and Operations.

Adebimpe Kayode Enoch is young, sharp, and a goal-getter. He is a seasoned professional Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a holder of Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard (DipIFR – ACCA UK).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting with upper credit division. He is also a TUV – South Asia Certified ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System) Lead Auditor and ISO/IEC (Business Continuity Management System) Lead Auditor.

He commenced his career with Bashiru Fafunwa & co as an Audit Trainee. He later joined Food Concepts Nig. Limited as Treasury Officer from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, he joined Olabisi Ijiola & Co (Chartered Accountant) as Audit Supervisor. He also worked with aac practice now Goldwyns Nigeria as an Assistant Audit Manager between 2011 and 2014.

In 2014, Kayode Adebimpe joined Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Limited as a Financial Accountant in Finance and Strategy Department of the bank later became the Head of Department (HOD). He is currently Head, Internal Audit and Compliance of the bank.

Rachael Iyemifokhae is a strategic and innovative HR professional with over 15 years of experience. She provides expert advice, and strategic partnership by attracting, retaining, developing, and supporting employees to deliver on the organization’s business objectives and profitability. Rachael has built core expertise in strategy development and execution, talent management, ethical practice, leadership development, HR policies, procedures & systems design within a highly competitive environment.

She graduated from the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Finance, 2005. She also holds a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations, 2017 also from the University of Lagos. She is an associate member of the Family Systems Engineering (FSE), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM). She also holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management (PDHRM) and a Human Resource Practitioner License (HRPL).

She started her career with Skill Enhancement Centre (SENCE) Limited (An HR Consulting Firm) in 2008, she grew to become an HR Consultant and an Outsourced HR Executive to various SENCE clients. She worked at Superflux International (Security Printing Company) as a HR Executive in 2013, United Bank for Africa Plc as a Human Resource Business Partner from 2013 till 2016 where she handled 78 branches in Lagos and Southwest region of the Bank, she also worked as an Account Officer at UBA between 2016 to 2017. She later proceeded to Standard Street Manpower Limited as a HR Administrator in 2017. She worked with GUO Transport Company & Logistics Limited as a HR Manager in 2018. In 2019 she became the HR Manager at Gatimo Limited (Ruff”n”Tumble). In 2023 she became a Human Resource Business Partner at Accion Microfinance Bank where she handled the South South/South East region and part of Lagos region of the Bank.

Her industry experience ranges from Consulting, Manufacturing, Environmental Services, Transport & Logistics, Retail and Banking/Financial Services.

She is currently the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc.

Femi Ebenezer Olusola is an accomplished finance manager with extensive experience in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry. As a senior executive, he is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a company in terms of ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc, he held a senior leadership role at LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc as the Financial Controller, where he led transformative finance initiatives. He also held the position of Head of the Audit and Internal Control Department at LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, ensuring a robust internal control system within the bank. Additionally, Femi has worked in various capacities at Haggai Mortgage Bank Plc.

Femi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). An Associate of Accounting Technicians (AAT) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, and he is highly regarded for his integrity, analytical acumen, and commitment to excellence in financial stewardship and reporting.

Opeyemi is an accomplished information technology professional with about 15 years of experience working in various organizations in the banking industry. In her career, she has acquired extensive knowledge in different areas of Information Technology, including Database Administration, Application and Software Support, Network Administration, Project Management, Infrastructure Management and more. She has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth through technology.

Her ability to work with diverse teams, manage projects, and implement IT initiatives has resulted in increased efficiency, reduced costs through digitization of manual activities and improved service levels.

Opeyemi holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Engineering (B-TECH) and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (MIT). She is an Oracle Certified Professional and CIBN MCIB holder.

She has attended several Trainings in Database Administration, Information Technology Infrastructure Management, Network Administration and Business & People Management.

Yinka has over 13 years of post-qualification working experience in the banking industry. He graduated from the Polytechnic, Ibadan with an HND in Accountancy in 1987. He has an MBA from the University of Ado-Ekiti (2000) and a post-graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (2001). In 2004, Yinka graduated with B.Sc. Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). His wealth of experience started with Niger Fields and Agric operation Limited in 1984 where he served as an accounts supervisor. In 1987, he moved on to Layiwola Oyedotun & Co. as an Audit Senior. Yinka was Head of Internal Control and Audit of Peak Merchant Bank and Peak Savings and Loans Limited in 1995 before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Limited. He is currently the Head of the Risk Management Department.

Catherine Ochada is a resourceful and smart lawyer with over nine years’ experience in Legal Advisory and Company Secretariat Services. She is an Alumni of the University of Jos where she graduated with a Second-Class Degree (Upper Division). She also made a Second Class (Upper Division) from the Nigerian Law School. Before joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc, she worked as Legal Officer, Pensions Alliances Limited.

Catherine was an associate in the Law firm of Banwo & Ighodalo where she garnered her experience in Corporate commercial Law, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, Mergers and Acquisition as well as Project Finance. Catherine possesses an impeccable eye for details, and she has excellent interpersonal skills.
