Toluwalope Oyeyemi

Toluwalope Emmanuel Oyeyemi, is a well-grounded Human Resources practitioner with over Nineteen (19) years hands-on experience.
A graduate of Business Administration from the Lagos State University; he is also a Member, Chartered Institute of Administration (MCIA) and a Member, Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management (MIHRSM).

His areas of expertise cut across Recruitment, Performance Measurement, Training/ Manpower Development, Benefit & Compensation Management and Change Management.

He has consulted for many organizations in different sectors and understands Human Behavior as it relates to the growth and profitability of every organization. He was the former Team Lead, Administration/Human Resources with Vanni International Security Systems Limited (May, 2011 – January, 2013); he was also the Head, Human Resources and Recruitment Services with Poise Nigeria Limited (January, 2010 – April, 2011).

His foray into consultancy dates back to 2006 when he started off as the Head, Human Resources with Maximise Potentials Group (owners of Jobs in Nigeria Exhibition – JINE).

He is a well-groomed trainer in different areas that cuts Business Etiquette, Customers Service/Excellence, Communication, Business Management and much more.
