Omokolajo Adeoye has 17 years cognate experience in Business development, Process Re-engineering ,Treasury Operations & Change Management, Data Analytics and Customer Profiling. She has her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University in 2006 and B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Calabar in 1997.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (FCILRM) and International Certified Risk Management professional (FICRMP) the United Kingdom, A Senior Member of the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (ICSN) and a member of the chartered institute of Bankers(CIBN). She is a Certified Customer Service expert(CCSP) in service recovery, customer profiling, client retention, and acquisition. Her role while at UNIC Insurance PLC involved key achievements in the development and implementation of industry-wide segmentation with feedback mechanism resulting in the launch of industry specific health plans and benefits (Introduction of hybrids from customers’ feedback).
Prior to joining Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank, Omokolajo worked in various capacities with First City Monument Bank PLC as the Head Banking Operations, Customer Service Unit, Customer service manager, Funds Transfer/Reconciliation unit, Cash and tellering & Treasury Operations from 2006 till 2015, UNIC Insurance Plc subsidiaries from 2004 till 2006 (UNICHEALTH) as Marketing/Business Development Executive, Critical Rescue International (CRI-MEDICLINICS) as the Assistant Practise manager/Haematologist, Duro-Soleye Hospital & Home Managed Care from 2000-2004 as a Scientist (Haematologist), Afrijet Airline in Air Hostess capacity (Albinitio), Nasarawa Specialist Hospital, Kano from 1998 – 1999 as Haematologist (NYSC).
She joined Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank in 2016 as the Head, Service and Banking Operations.
